A. Product & Materials

Plush

1. What sizes do WondaPop plush come in? WondaPop plush come in a range of sizes depending on the style, from smaller 8" figures up to larger 11" and 16" pieces, including pillow-style and gnome-style designs. We also offer plush bag charms that are around 6”. We do our best to include the size in the product names, but you should always check the individual product description for the exact size of the plush you're eyeing.

2. What are WondaPop plush made of, and how do I clean them? Plush are made with polyester fibers. For care, we'd recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth rather than machine washing, to help keep the shape, stitching, and any printed details looking their best.

3. Are WondaPop plush safe for young children? WondaPop plush meet the highest legal standard for safety testing. They are designed to be decorative. Children should be supervised while playing with them.

Ornaments

4. Are WondaPop ornaments safe for homes with kids or pets? While none of our ornaments include small parts, there are pieces that can be broken off if mishandled and could present a risk to kids and pets. Our ornaments and other decor items are intended for display rather than handling. We'd recommend hanging ornaments up high or in a spot that's out of reach.

5. Can WondaPop ornaments be used outdoors, or indoor only? Some WondaPop ornaments are rated for indoor/outdoor use, while others are designed for indoor display only — check the individual product listing to confirm before hanging one outside.

6. What are WondaPop ornaments made of? Most WondaPop ornaments are made of durable plastic, built to hold up to seasonal use and storage year after year.

7. Do ornaments come individually or in sets? Both — some WondaPop ornaments are sold as single pieces, while others come in multi-packs (2, 3, or 4-piece sets are common). Check the individual listing to see how many pieces are included.

Solar Bobbleheads

8. How do the solar bobbleheads work — do they need batteries? No batteries required — WondaPop solar bobbleheads are solar-powered. A small solar panel absorbs light and powers the gentle bobbing motion, so there's nothing to charge or replace.

9. Can solar bobbleheads be displayed indoors, or do they need direct sunlight? They work best with good light exposure — direct sunlight is ideal, but a bright indoor spot will also power the motion. In low light, the bobblehead may move more slowly or pause until it gets more light.

10. What happens if the bobblehead stops moving — is it broken? Not necessarily — since these run on solar power, the most common reason a bobblehead stops moving is simply not enough light reaching the solar panel. Try moving it to a brighter spot before investigating other possibilities.

Nutcrackers

11. What are WondaPop nutcrackers made of — are they functional or decorative only? WondaPop nutcrackers are made of wood and designed as decorative collectibles rather than functional tools — they're meant for display, not for actually cracking nuts.

12. What sizes do nutcrackers come in? WondaPop nutcrackers come in a range of sizes depending on the character and style, generally between 8" and 11" tall. Check the individual product listing for exact dimensions.

13. How should I store nutcrackers when they're not on display? Store nutcrackers upright in a cool, dry place, ideally in their original packaging or a padded box, to help protect painted details and prevent chips or cracks during the off-season.

Stockings

14. What size are WondaPop Christmas stockings? Most WondaPop stockings are 20" — a full, traditional stocking size, ready to hang and fill for the holidays. The 3D plush head stockings measure 24” — the body of the stocking is 14.5” and the plush head makes up the remaining 9.5”. All stockings include a built-in loop, so they’re ready to hang on your fireplace for Santa!

15. What are WondaPop stockings made of? WondaPop stockings are made with polyester, and all feature detailed appliqué designs.

16. Can WondaPop stockings be personalized or monogrammed? We don’t currently offer personalization, but every WondaPop stocking is ready for your own personal touches when you bring them home.

17. Are stockings sold individually, or in matching sets? WondaPop stockings are sold both individually — so you can mix and match characters and fandoms for the whole family — and in bundles with other like stockings and ornaments.

Tree Skirts

18. What size are WondaPop tree skirts, and will they fit my tree? WondaPop tree skirts are 48" in diameter, sized to comfortably fit most standard artificial and live Christmas trees.

19. What are WondaPop tree skirts made of? WondaPop tree skirts are made of polyester and built with high-quality materials and construction meant to hold up season after season. All of our tree skirts feature your favorite licensed characters, but we offer two different styles: tree skirts with elaborate printed designs and tree skirts with detailed appliqué that will really set your tree apart.

20. Do tree skirts come in designs that match our stockings and ornaments? Many WondaPop tree skirts share characters and fandoms with our stockings and ornaments, so you can coordinate a full matching set under the tree.

Hats

21. What size are WondaPop Santa hats, and will they fit kids or adults? WondaPop Santa hats measure approximately 16" tall with a 26” circumference and are designed to fit both kids and adults comfortably. There may be some slight variation between styles, so please check the individual product descriptions before buying.

22. What are WondaPop hats made of? WondaPop Santa hats are made of 100% polyester, built to hold up to repeat wear each holiday season.

23. Are WondaPop hats meant to be worn, or just for display? Both — our Santa hats are ready to wear for parties, photos, or everyday holiday spirit, and they double just as well for festive holiday décor around the house.

24. Do hats come in different styles, or just the classic Santa hat shape? WondaPop offers a range of styles beyond the classic Santa hat shape — including character-specific designs like ear-topped hats and embroidered iconic silhouettes — so you can find one that matches your favorite fandom.

WondaBags

25. What is vegan leather, and how durable is it? Vegan leather (also called faux leather) is a synthetic material designed to look and feel like real leather without using animal hide — WondaPop's bags use a soft, pebbled vegan leather. It holds up well for everyday use as long as it's not overstuffed or dragged across rough surfaces; it resists scuffs and keeps its shape better than most fabric bags, though it's not indestructible and can crack or peel over years of heavy wear, especially at fold points. Built to keep up with daily use, from the commute to the con floor!

26. What sizes do WondaPop backpacks come in? We are constantly developing new products and new sizes. Here are some of the sizes currently available on the store: 11”–12" vegan leather mini backpacks (fashion-first, smaller capacity), 12”–13” nylon day packs (also called mini backpacks), and 15.5”–17” nylon school backpacks (full-size, built for daily school or travel use). Crossbody bags and hip packs are also available for a smaller, everyday-carry option. Whatever your style or need, WondaPop has a bag for you!

27. How do I clean and care for a vegan leather backpack? Spot clean with a soft cloth, mild soap, and water — avoid soaking the material or using harsh chemical cleaners. Let it air-dry fully before using or storing it again. Don't overload the zippers or pockets, and try to avoid dragging the bag against rough or abrasive surfaces, which can scuff the surface over time.

28. Are WondaPop mini backpacks made for kids, teens, or adults? WondaPop's mini vegan leather backpacks (11”–12”) are designed as fashion pieces and fit teens and adults comfortably, while also working well for kids who want a smaller everyday bag. The 15.5”–17” nylon school backpacks are sized for full school/travel use and suit school-age kids through adults. Our 13” nylon day packs are great for all ages but not suitable as a school backpack. We like to take these with us for a day out at the parks, exploring conventions, or just visiting with friends.

29. Will a WondaPop backpack fit a laptop or school textbooks? Yes, several of our styles are laptop-ready:

15.5" nylon school backpacks — padded inner pocket, fits up to a 13" laptop
16"–17" nylon school backpacks — inner laptop pocket, fits up to a 14" laptop. The back of the backpack is padded and considered a padded pocket. We recommend protecting your laptop with its own case for extra security.

**11"–13" vegan leather and nylon mini backpacks are built for light everyday carry (phone, wallet, small essentials), not sized for laptops or textbooks. Our 11” vegan leather bags are built for fashion, while our 13” nylon bags offer a more accessible option for everyday use.

30. What's the difference between a WondaPop wristlet and a regular crossbody bag? Wristlets are our compact, wallet-style option built to carry your phone, cards, and cash — closer to a wallet than a full bag. They come with both a slim crossbody strap as well as a smaller strap designed to be worn around your wrist, so you can choose the strap that works for you. Our crossbody/shoulder bags are a larger, full-size option designed to function as your main everyday bag rather than just a wallet replacement. Both are made from the same soft pebble-grain vegan leather as our mini backpacks. If you're deciding between the two, think about whether you need a phone-and-cards essential or a bag that can also hold a bit more.

31. What can a WondaPop hip pack hold, and how is it different from a crossbody bag? Hip packs are our most compact, casual option — designed to be packable and worn multiple ways, great for a day out when you want your hands free and only need the essentials. They can comfortably fit a phone, wallet, keys, and a few other small essentials. Crossbody bags offer more room and structure, making them a better fit as an everyday or dressier bag.

32. Are WondaPop hip packs adjustable, and can they be worn multiple ways? Yes — WondaPop hip packs are designed to pack down small, and the adjustable strap adds the flexibility to be worn as a hip pack or crossbody bag.

33. Are crossbody bags made of the same vegan leather as the mini backpacks? Yes — our Double Zipper crossbody and shoulder bags are made from the same soft, pebble-grain vegan leather used in our mini backpacks, so you can expect the same look, feel, and durability in a different silhouette. Our hip packs, which are designed to be worn at the hip or as a crossbody bag, differ from the other crossbody bags in that they are made of a nylon fabric.

34. Are WondaPop bags water-resistant? WondaPop's vegan leather bags wipe clean and hold up reasonably well against light moisture, but they aren't fully waterproof — we'd recommend avoiding heavy rain or submersion. The nylon backpacks offer better water resistance than vegan leather and are a better pick if you're regularly caught outdoors, but none of our bags are designed for severe weather.

35. What's inside a WondaPop bag (lining, pockets, hardware)? Most vegan leather styles feature a fully lined interior in satin nylon, an interior zip pocket, and goldtone or metal hardware, with a main compartment that closes via double zipper pull-tabs and a magnetic front pocket closure. Most full-sized nylon school backpacks feature an inner laptop pocket. Most crossbody bags feature custom nylon lining and at least one inner pocket. B. Shipping

36. How much does shipping cost? WondaPop offers free shipping on orders over $55. Orders under that amount ship for a flat rate of $8.

37. How long does shipping take? Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Average transit time is 7-10 business days, but this can vary based on carrier and shipping location. During high volume seasons, especially holidays, carriers can experience delays, so we recommend planning in advance.

38. Do you ship internationally? We currently only ship within the U.S., but we invite you to check back in the future for any changes.

39. Can I ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO address? Yes! We’re happy to ship to a PO Box or an APO/FPO address.

40. How do I track my order? A shipping confirmation email with tracking link is sent once the order ships, and order status is also viewable via account login.

C. Returns & Exchanges

41. What is WondaPop's return policy? WondaPop offers a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To qualify, the item must be unworn or unused, in its original condition with tags attached, and in its original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable, and there is an $8 restocking fee. Sale merchandise is final sale and not eligible for return.

42. Do you offer exchanges? We don’t offer direct exchanges just yet. The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item, and once that return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

43. What do I do if my item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong? Inspect your order as soon as it arrives, and if the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please take photos and contact info@wondapop.com right away so the team can evaluate the issue and make it right.

44. Can I return sale or clearance items? Sale and clearance items are final sale, so they’re not eligible for return. A few other non-returnable categories are: perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and gift cards.

45. How long do refunds take to process? Once your return is received, WondaPop will inspect it and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund is issued automatically to your original payment method — from there, it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to fully post the credit.

D. Orders & Payment

46. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? We do our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate any changes, but we may not be able to depending on our volume that day. If you notice an error in an order you’ve placed, please reach out to info@wondapop.com as soon as possible.

47. What payment methods do you accept? WondaPop accepts American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa.

48. Do you offer gift cards? Of course! You can purchase a digital gift card here. **A note for your safety: Gift card scams are on the rise. A few things to know: WondaPop gift cards can only be purchased directly through our official online store. We will never ask for your personal or payment information outside of our secure checkout, and we will never contact you asking you to pay for an order, fee, or "hold" using a gift card. If you receive a message like this claiming to be from WondaPop, please don't respond — contact us directly at info@wondapop.com to verify.

E. Availability & Collecting

49. Are WondaPop designs limited edition or ongoing? WondaPop designs are made in limited quantities, so when a style catches your eye, it's worth grabbing sooner rather than later. We're always dreaming up new designs, and while we don't guarantee restocks, we do bring fan favorites back when we can.

50. Is WondaPop sold in physical stores, or online only? All WondaPop products are available through our site and other eCommerce channels under the brand WondaPop; however, some of our products may be distributed through other wholesale channels. Purchasing products through our site is the best way to be sure that they are officially licensed WondaPop products.

51. Is WondaPop an authorized/official licensee of the products you sell? Yes — WondaPop and its direct partners currently hold over 90 licenses including Disney, Marvel, DC, Peanuts, Dr Seuss, and more!

52. Where are WondaPop products made? All of our products are currently made by our manufacturing partner in China.
